Pull Apart Babka
A soft, buttery brioche-style bread swirled with rich chocolate or cinnamon. Perfectly sweet, slightly gooey, and utterly irresistible. Our pull-apart version is designed for sharing, with each loaf easily enjoyed by 6–8 people—though we won’t judge if it’s just you and a fork.
$15 or 2 for $25
Challah
A pillowy-soft bread with a delicate sweetness, topped with sesame seeds for a classic finish, or baked as a cinnamon raisin loaf covered in turbinado sugar for a cozy twist. The perfect bread for everything from French toast and bread pudding to sandwiches. Serves 6–8 generously, or just one challah enthusiast over a weekend.
$9 or $11 for cinnamon raisin
Mega Cookie
A thick 4-inch round, gooey, chocolate-loaded cookie with crispy edges and a soft, decadent center, baked fresh for the ultimate cookie fix. Best served warm (because let’s be real, if it’s not, what’s the point?) and eaten with a fork (trust us, you’re going to need one), this cookie is perfect for any occasion.
5 for $20
Cookie Cake
A thick and chewy 8-inch chocolate or classic chocolate chip cookie cake, baked to perfection and ready to be loaded up with your choice of delicious toppings from mini Oreos, mini M&M’s to mini Reese’s and sprinkles. Each serves 6–8 people, or one bold, cookie-loving individual who’s ready to take on the challenge (we don’t judge).

What is
Bakery?
We have mished and mashed our lives together, and one of our favorite things to do is cook and bake, especially for others.
These baked goods are truly are a mishmash. They are dishes that we have created together. Dishes that tell a story of our love for one another (and food of course).
If you try something from Mish Mash Nosh, know that it is one of our favorites, and we hope that it may become one of yours.

Mish Mash is a Yiddish word that means “mixture, medley” or “jumble.”
This Yiddish word means “to snack” or “to eat lightly.”
Mish Mash Nosh operates our bakery under the cottage food law.
Serving Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon and Salem, Oregon.
All of these products are homemade and not prepared in an inspected food establishment.
